The present invention relates to a method for preparing a liquid coating waterproofing agent including polyoxyethylenelaurylester-based emulsion and silane-modified aqueous epoxy. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a liquid coating waterproofing agent formed by including polyoxyethylenelaurylester-based emulsion and silane-modified aqueous epoxy. Therefore, when a concrete structure is coated with the liquid coating waterproofing agent, compressive strength, a water permeability ratio, an absorption ratio, adhesive strength, tensile strength, and an elongation ratio are improved to increase crack resistance, durability, and water resistance, of a constructed waterproofing layer.
