The present invention relates to an artificial soil composition capable of sustaining a plant for many generations because it has a salt-eliminating function and can contain sufficient nutrients and can be stored for a long period so that the plant can be cultivated in sand dunes with high salt concentration. 30 to 70% by weight of a mixed ion exchange resin in which a strongly acidic anion exchange resin and zeolite are mixed in a ratio of 80:20% by weight, 1 to 20% by weight of a superabsorbent polyacrylic acid, and a fertilizer component as a residual amount.
