The present invention relates to a small grain grinding unit processing powder in a particulate form by crushing and grinding grains such as wheat, corn, bean, rice or the like, and a domestic grain grinding device having the same. According to the present invention, the grain grinding unit comprises: a cutter housing including an inlet in which a grain is inserted in the front, and including an outlet from which crushed grain powder is discharged in the rear; a fixing grinder in the form of a ring installed in the rear of the inner circumferential surface of the cutter housing; a shredding cutter installed to be rotated inside the cutter housing, and including a plurality of blades for cutting and crushing a grain in an outer surface to crush the grain inserted inside the cutter housing through the inlet; a rotating grinder fixed to the rear of the shredding cutter to be rotated with the shredding cutter, and installed to be adjacent to the fixing grinder to grind the grain crushed by the shredding cutter with the fixing grinder to be processed as powder; and a driving unit for rotating the shredding cutter and the rotating grinder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
