The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus of toric contact lenses and a manufacturing method of toric contact lenses using the same, in which a plurality of front curve molds having different rotational indices from each other are spaced apart at a certain interval and randomly aligned; and a plurality of base curve molds having different rotational indices from each other are spaced apart at a certain interval and randomly aligned, wherein the base curve molds are individually rotated and joined with the front curve molds so as to have a rotational off-set angle predetermined based on a rotational index based on an obtained visual image.
