The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing functional pills with nipa palm and functional pills manufactured thereby, the method comprising the following steps: preparing a nipa palm sap concentrate; making flower stalks of nipa palm into powder; mixing the prepared sap concentrate and the powder of flower stalks of nipa palm; forming the mixed mixture into pills; coating edible gold powder on the surface for the formed pills; and drying the pills coated with the gold powder.
