Disclosed is a counseling box system for preventing life crisis comprising: a main body having an enclosed space including a chair; and an entrance door which is opened and closed to be entered to the space of the main body. The counseling box system for preventing the life crisis comprises: an indoor lamp which is installed on the ceiling of the space; an opening/closing monitoring unit which monitors whether or not a person is positioned in the space; a natural generating unit which is installed in the outside of the enclosed main body, and generates electricity by using solar heat or wind power; a charging battery which charges self-generated electricity by using the natural generating unit; a switch which supplies or blocks power of the battery to the indoor lamp; a receiver for a call; an input unit which includes the predetermined number of number buttons and an emergency button; a memory which stores predetermined background music, a background comment, ringtone music, or a ringtone comment; a speaker which outputs the music or the comment; and a control unit which turns on the indoor lamp by controlling the switch when the person is positioned in the space by using the opening/closing monitoring unit, outputs the background music or the comment, connects the call to a consultant corresponding to a button pressed in the input unit, and transmits the ringtone music or the comment corresponding to the pressed button through the receiver before call connection.
