The present invention relates to a self-assembly of cinnamoyl polymeric cyclodextrin (CinPCD) and Cinnamoyl Pluronic F127 (CinPlu), which is self-assembled by intermolecular hydrophobic interaction, As the nick chain is hydrophobicized and has hydrophobic interactions with the cavities of the beta cyclodextrin moiety, drugs trapped in the cavities of the beta cyclodextrin moiety may be released. Accordingly, the self-assembly of the present invention functions as a thermo-responsive molecular syringe in which the thermally hydrophobic pluronic chain serves as a piston and the cavity of a beta cyclodextrin residue serves as a cylinder.;
