Proposed are a system and a method for unifying a distributed service and minimizing a cost using a gene algorithm. The system for unifying a distributed service and minimizing a cost using a gene algorithm proposed by the present invention comprises: a distributed service user interface unit which provides an overall interface for receiving requirements for the distributed service from a distributed service user, requesting for unification of the service, and processing a mediation process and addition and deletion requests for the service; a distributed service unification control unit which analyzes the requirements of the distributed service user to generate a requirement weight, generates a distributed service combination, which meets a request of the distributed service user, analyzes the generated distributed service combination based on a gene algorithm, searches for a distributed service combination with a minimum cost, and mediates a trade of the distributed service combination; and a distributed service managing unit which collects and manages the distributed service information desired by the distributed service user from the distributed service provider, and provides information necessary for the service unification and the search for the distributed service combination with a minimum cost.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
