The present invention relates to an anticancer drug carrier, and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to an anticancer drug carrier which is converted into a gel by being coated on a region of a tumor tissue or a region from which a tumor is removed, so as to be firmly attached to emit an anticancer drug; and a manufacturing method thereof.
