A brain stimulation device which enhances the reality by interlocking with multimedia. The brain stimulation device includes a decoding part which decodes brain stimulation information from multimedia contents including the brain stimulation information corresponding to a target scene; and a brain stimulation part which outputs a brain stimulation signal whose output timing is associated with the playback timing of the target scene based on the brain stimulation information to a target part of the brain.
