Disclosed are a load management system by mutual interlocking of a battery management system (BMS) and a PMS (power management system), and a control method thereof. The load management system by mutual interlocking of a BMS and a PMS according to the present invention comprises: a PMS module for controlling a generator to generate electric energy and to provide the generated electric energy for a load; a BMS module for charging a battery by receiving electric energy from a green energy source and for converting charged electric energy in the battery into AC, thereby providing the AC for the load through the PMS module; and a mutual interlocking control module for controlling the BMS module to interlink and provide the charged electric energy in the battery with the load by referring to an amount of electric energy supply provided for the load through the PMS module to reduce a load factor of the generator. Unlike the existing systems and methods, the load management system by mutual interlocking of a BMS and a PMS and the control method thereof stated above are formed to effectively control the use of electric power for common use through the PMS module and the use of charging electric power through the BMS module, thereby preventing overload of the generator and driving the generator and the load under optimal driving conditions. In addition, by effectively distributing and using electric energy for common use and battery power, the efficiency in energy consumption can be improved.
