The present invention has found that the chromatin remodeling factor, that is the chromatin remodeling factor, plays an important role as a coactivator for Oct4 in maintaining the ability of the mouse embryonic stem cells to differentiate. The deficiency of the pontine seriously endangers the maintenance of embryonic stem cells, and the phonin functions as an important coactivator for Oct4.The function of the pentyne as an Oct4-dependent cofactor is also applied to the transcription of intergenic noncoding RNAs (lnc1253), a linage program that suppresses lincRNA, is the target lincRNA of the phonetically dependent Oct4. It was regulated by the Oct4-Pontin module (Oct4-Pontin module), and Oct4 / phytin-dependent lincRNA is mainly involved in inhibiting differentiation programs in embryonic stem cells.These findings show that the Oct4-ponytin module plays an important role in regulating genes involved in cell fate determination of embryonic stem cells.;
