The present invention relates to a remove video conference system based on virtualization, and more particularly, to a system for providing remote video conference based on virtualization, where a video camera connected to client terminals is shared through a remote virtualization server when the remote video conference system is constructed, the system is not executed in the client terminals but a virtualization server is connected to the client terminal to take resource of the video camera such that the system is executed through a virtual machine, and, in the state that the resource of the video camera is shared between the client terminals and the virtualization server without decreasing of a rate and increasing a traffic to guarantee QoS, the system may provide multilateral video conference. The system for providing remote video conference based on virtualization includes: a plurality of client terminals operated by video conference participants; a connection broker (CB) manager for certifying accesses of the client terminals and allowing access of the client terminal to a virtual server; and the virtual server for providing a virtual video conference service to the connected client terminals. When the connection of the video camera is sensed in the state that the client terminal is connected to the virtual server, the client server includes a client agent for allowing the virtual server to confirm the share of the virtual camera. The virtualization server includes a server agent which controls such that the virtual machine takes the resource of the video camera connected to the client terminals selected as a video conference grouped terminal to be executed therein.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
