According to the present invention, an apparatus for restricting exposure of radiation of radioactive isotope for a nondestructive inspection with improved mobility, preventing a radioactive ray radiated from a radiation source from being exposed to the surroundings when a pipe buried in the ground undergoes a radiation non-destructive inspection. The present invention comprises: a moving frame moved on the ground along the buried pipe by excavating a road; a shielding structure surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the pipe in a semi-cylindrical shape and made of substances where the radioactive ray can be transmitted; and a lifting module installed in the moving frame and vertically lifting the shielding structure from a lower side of the moving frame.
