The present invention proposes a method of minimizing an unloading waiting time of a cargo truck for delivering a metal scrap which minimizes an unloading waiting time during which the cargo truck has to wait in order to deliver the metal scrap to a steelmaking company. In order to accomplish this, according to the present invention, a cargo truck business operator transmits all related data for delivery, and the steelmaking company transmits data related to delivery. Then, a web server searches for matched data among the transmitted related data for delivery and the transmitted data related to delivery, and confirms the matched data. Finally, a cargo truck business operator obtains an arrival time of the cargo truck when the cargo truck arrives at the steelmaking company based on real time traffic information, sorts the arrival times for a plurality of cargo trucks, and enables the cargo trucks to arrive at the steelmaking company at time intervals and sequentially unload the metal scrap. According to the present invention, a business loss due to a long waiting time of the cargo trucks which arrive at the steelmaking company at the same time, can be prevented, an operation rate of the cargo trucks can be increased, and a logistics flow can be optimize to meet a timely demand of the steelmaking company for the metal scrap. Furthermore, a resource recycling time can be minimized, which results in national benefits.
