1. A sea anchor (1) including a plane of symmetry (6) and containing a paw (4) and a spindle (32A), said spindle being rotatably connected to said paw, said paw including a trailing edge (47) and extends to the front point (4A, 4B) in the forward direction (F) of said anchor, said spindle including a load application point (43, 45) forming an angle (γ) of the legs of said anchor during operation, said application point load is provided for attaching an anchor rope to it (38), wherein said anchor includes remotely actuated locking and unlocking means (32) by which said spindle can be pivotally locked or unlocked relative to said foot to provide remote adjustment of said foot angle by rotating said spindle when said anchor immersed in the ground (2), wherein said blocking and unlocking and rotation of said spindle are carried out by manipulating said one anchor rope, characterized in that the said remotely actuated locking and unlocking means is configured to allow said spindle to be sequential and cyclical: rotatable blocked from increasing the initial angle of the paw of said anchor; pivotally unlockable to provide pivoting to establish a larger paw angle; and rotated to re-establish the aforementioned initial paw angle and re-locked with it. 2.
