The system of claim 1, wherein the wireless remote control device further comprises a secure communication module MS-RSCM302 integrated with an MS-3G network communication module and a conversion module with a serial port MS-NC2 for providing remote control via wireless communication data collection and control of a submerged-arc furnace using system-integrated software. 3. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that the device for reactive power compensation of the furnace with a submerged arc further comprises a control cabinet and an automatic capacity compensation cabinet.
