1. A device comprising: an interface circuit configured to provide communication between a controller and a bus of a digital addressable lighting interface (DALI), the interface circuit comprising: a diode bridge having polar independent input terminals configured to communicate with a DALI bus, and further having a positive output terminal and a negative output terminal; a current limiter having an input and an output, the input being connected to a positive output terminal of a diode bridge; a first optocoupler having a first and second input odes and the first and second output terminals, the first input terminal being connected to the output of the current limiter, and the output terminals being connected to the receiver, the first optocoupler being configured to provide the receiver with a received signal received via the DALI bus through a diode bridge; a storage power capacitor connected between the output of the current limiter and the negative output terminal of the diode bridge; the first unidirectional device that provides the flow of current from the output of the current limiter to accumulate voltage voltage storage capacitor and which prevents the discharge of voltage on the storage power capacitor through the current limiter and the first optocoupler; a zener diode connected between the second input terminal of the first optocoupler and the negative output terminal of the diode bridge and configured to determine the voltage level of the voltage accumulated by the storage power capacitor ; a second optocoupler having first and second input terminals and first and second output terminals, the first and second input terminals having dineny to n
