The invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to the structures of power cables with plastic insulation and sheath, designed for power transmission and distribution in fixed electrical installations at 6-35 kV AC voltage at 50 Hz at an ambient temperature of minus 40 ° C to plus 50 ° C and relative humidity of 98% at a temperature of 35 ° C. The cable contains three current-carrying conductor 1, the first screen 2, insulation 3, the second display 4, the fastening layer 5, a metal screen 6, the separation layer 7, armor 8, the outer shell 9, fiber optic modules 10, the profile elements 11. The technical result is in the development of power cables with enhanced functionality to increase security of supply, allows the transmission of data as well as control the temperature along the entire length of the cable in order to maximize the effective use of e, of bandwidth, as well as localization of the cable line, in which the temperature exceeds the duration allowed.
