A dynamic monitor of power lines in real time, comprising: - a casing mounted on a power line, the casing comprising: - a base part; and - a part of the cover connected to the base part and defining a cavity of the casing together with the base part, wherein at least one of the part of the cover or the base part is movable relative to the other between the open position of the casing in which the length of the power line can be received in the cavity and the closed position of the casing, in which the length of the power line is held in the cavity; - a sensor configured to read in real time at least one of the temperature, position, current, acceleration, vibration, inclination and, rotation or distance to the nearest object; and - an antenna in the cavity of the casing, the antenna being configured to transmit a signal including information read by the sensor from the monitor in real time. A real-time dynamic power line monitor according to claim 1, wherein the portion of the lid contains semiconductor material. A real-time dynamic power line monitor according to claim 2, wherein the thickness of the part of the lid is less than one tenth of the depth of the skin layer of the semiconductor material in which the radio waves are blocked. The dynamic real-time power line monitor according to claim 1, further comprising a first alignment portion and a second alignment portion corresponding to the first alignment portion and configured to engage the first alignment portion to align the cover portion to the base portion. 5.
