A method of obtaining a seed-specific plant expression promoter of high expression, containing functional binding to the promoter of one nucleic acid molecule that enhances the expression of nucleic acid (NEENA), heterologous with respect to the specified promoter, selected from i) a nucleic acid molecule having the sequence as defined in SEQ ID NO: 6-15, wherein expression originating from said seed-specific promoter functionally linked to said NEENA molecule is increased compared to the same with ER-specific promoter is not operably linked to said NEENA.2 molecule.
