A method for increasing the volume of soft tissues using a free connective tissue autograft when installing gingival formers on dental implants, which consists in the fact that after preparing the patient and performing anesthesia from one of the donor areas located on the upper jaw - the palate, tubercles of the upper jaw or toothless section of the alveolar process a free connective tissue autograft is taken, placed between the gum formers and fixed in the recipient area with a mattress suture mi, and then using cross-sutures connect the vestibular and palatine or lingual flaps, characterized in that the free connective tissue autograft is fixed with mattress sutures to the vestibular and lingual or palatal flaps so that its lateral end fits under the vestibular flap, and the medial one under the lingual or palatal flap, thereby increasing the area of contact of the free connective tissue autograft with the feeding bed, and then immobilized on the alveolar ridge with three cross and sutures made mesially, distally and midline, with each of them passing through a free connective tissue autograft.
