A method of operating a public toilet, including its use for the delivery of natural needs, characterized in that for the sending of natural needs, a public toilet is used, including washbasins and toilet bowls with flush tanks, which contains at least one toilet bowl with a flush tank, which is connected a pipeline with drain holes for washbasins and comprises a device by means of which a flush tank of at least one other toilet bowl is connected by a supply pipe to the drain holes of the wash basins, and which opens the supply pipe when the flushing tank containing the device is full and closes it when the wash tank is empty. 2. A method of operating a public toilet according to claim 1, characterized in that the flush tank of at least one toilet bowl is connected to the water supply system by means of a supply pipe. The method of operating a public toilet according to claim 1, characterized in that the device is a float valve.
