摘要

FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: claimed system for processing of cellulose biomass stock comprises the first reactor operating under pressure to process the stock by hydrolysis. Sealing device comprises the first pressurized joint connected with the first reactor processed stock discharge hole and second pressurized joint connected with the second pressurized reactor. The drain line serves to drain the fluid containing the dissolved hemicellulose extracted from processed stock in at least one of the devices that follow. Besides, it is processed at the first reactor operating under pressure and at the sealing device. The complex comprises the second reactor operating under pressure whereto processed stock is fed from sealing device under pressure higher than that in the first reactor wherein water is forced into the cells of processed stock in the second rector. The expander located downstream of the complex includes the second reactor operating under pressure wherein the processed stock pressure released from the second reactor is quickly released to subject the processed stock to steam blast.EFFECT: higher efficiency.12 cl, 8 dwg
