FIELD: training means.;SUBSTANCE: mobile system for public training actions under conditions of emergency situations comprises carrier, mobile power unit with a unit of electric wires in electro-protected version, built-in cabinet with dummy areas for public training, simulators, robots-simulators and means for arrangement of student population. In vehicle are compactly arranged three training places. Material of fabric tent remote-framed tent MES, which is intended for lecture room during theoretical lessons and testing, is material which reflects infrared radiation and contains textile base. Textile base used is a polyester textile material with waterproofing impregnation, metal-coated layer is titanium nitride, and microporous membrane layer is made of thermoplastic polyurethane resin and is placed between textile base and metal-coated layer. Textile base has a camouflage pattern. Transport facility is equipped with mobile complex for informing and alerting the public in hard-to-reach places and contains video screen and device for controlling video screen. Roof frame of tent is two-layer: one layer, top is pneumatic-framed, and other, lower layer is made up of perforated comfortable conditioned air distributor.
