The high risk of the moderate severity of chronic true eczema is predicted if observing +250G Ltα allele or a combination of +250G Ltα allele and +1663G TNFR2 allele, or a combination of -308A TNFα allele and +1663G TNFR2 allele, or a combination or -308G TNFα allele and +250G Ltα allele.
