Method of preparing earthworms for investigation of contamination of their helminth eggs involves immobilizing the worms in 1 % solution of chloral hydrate, after which it is introduced into the oral cavity by means of chromatographic microsyringes fitted with a blunt end a preliminarily prepared mixture of starch gel with helminth eggs.;EFFECT: using the presented invention enables preserving the tested material alive.;1 cl
