FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: coated product includes the glass substrate, which thin film, containing carbon nanotubes (CNT) is applied on. One of the method versions includes the provision of a CNT-containing paint, correction of the rheological properties of the CNT-containing paint by the addition of surface-active substances to the paint, so that the semiconductor CNT, present inside the paint, were less unlikely to stick together; application of the paint, possessing the corrected rheological properties, on the glass substrate with obtaining an intermediate coating; provision of a material above the intermediate coating for the essential improvement of adhesion of the CNT-containing thin film to the glass substrate; and doping the intermediate coating with salt and/or superacid in order to functionalise the intermediate coating chemically in the formation of the CNT-containing thin film. The material, provided above the intermediate coating, includes polyvinylpyrrolidone or is the thin-film material, which includes zirconium or silicon dioxide.;EFFECT: obtaining CNT-films with an improved electronic quality.;23 cl, 18 dwg
