STATUS MONITORING FOR NODES OF AUTOMATED PROCESS PRODUCTION SYSTEMS OF CONTINUOUS TYPE

FIELD: oil and gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: method consists in assessment of status parameters for process nodes with formation of the current situation image, selection of basic control parameters for status and formation of neural network approximations for transfer functions of basic control parameters for status with additional control parameters for status, verification of values of approximation coefficients formed using neural network models for the respective parts of the transfer functions. As basic control parameters for status of the process nodes the parameters are selected as they are formed by the node status control channels with values of confidence/non-confidence degree index in regard to measurements is higher than the preset value.;EFFECT: simplification and automation of procedures for production nodes control with expansion of the set of controlled parameters for production nodes status, improved accuracy of calibration for status parameters measurement channels, support of decisions on rejection of contingent situations.;4 cl, 13 dwg, 6 tbl
