FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: qualitative and quantitative characteristics of blood flow from microcirculatory tissue section in point of probing with ultrasonic Doppler blood flow indicators, including acoustic heads, with continuous radiation mode with frequency from 20 MHz, are simultaneously determined in method. Simultaneously determined is saturation of blood with oxygen by means of pulse oximeter sensor, installed on the probing area, with carrying out estimation of tissue microcirculation, regional blood circulation by analysis of the obtained data of blood saturation with oxygen and characteristics of blood flow in single vessel and microcirculatory tissue section for further screening control diagnostics and correction of pharmacological, physiotherapeutic and surgical treatment in real time mode. Ultrasonic Doppler indicator is provided with titanium case to provide conditions for repeated sterilisation.;EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to carry out estimation of blood circulation, tissue microcirculation and saturation of blood with oxygen for control and correction of pharmacological, physiotherapeutic and surgical treatment in real time mode.;10 cl, 1 dwg
