FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and represents method of differential diagnosis glomerular and tubulointerstitial renal disease in children of non-toxic nature and associated with toxic action of Cd, Pb, Cr and phenol, characterised by that at content of said substances over reference value genetic analysis is performed, in presence of CYPOX, RCYT 450, SULTA1 genes polymorphism ultrasound investigation is carried out, if bloodstream degradation in kidney subcapsular area, deviations of parameters of PW Doppler spectrogram and increased echogenicity of renal parenchyma are detected, additional examinations are carried out, and in case of deviations relative to physiological age norm of 65 % or more of following values: GAS content, Cu/Zn-cumulative dose, hyperlipoproteinemia; high level of catalase, hydroperoxides lipids, malonic dialdagide; reduced absolute phagocytosis and phagocytic number diagnosed is disease associated with toxic action, and in absence of such deviations is disease of non-toxic nature.;EFFECT: invention provides more accurate differential diagnosis.;2 cl, 4 tbl
