FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to paediatric surgery, and can be used in treating hemangiomas. Ulcer surface is cleaned by laser radiation of erbium Er:YAG laser layer-by-layer at 50 µm until complete removal of necrotized tissues when bleeding on processed surface occurs.
