METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF SEVERE FUNCTIONAL OUTCOME OF ACUTE ISCHEMIC STROKE

Total score is estimated by NIH stroke scale and cerebral CT perfusion in first day after acute period of disease is carried out. During CT perfusion total area of ischemia, consisting of area and area of penumbra, as well as cerebral blood flow in area of penumbra are determined.
