Method includes pre-configuring and attaching a vibration apparatus on a railway line. Method then includes controlled vibration of railway line at a suitable low frequency and amplitude of vibration. Railway lines are connected to each other by flash butt welding. When welding, frequency and amplitude of vibration are controlled by control means. Vibration enables longitudinal approach and breeding rail ends before welding is completed.EFFECT: not more than 5 minutes after loosening clamps on welded section applied by said vibration-controlled equipment for 5-25 minutes and cooling to relieve stresses that ensures formation of a quality weld.8 cl, 1 dwg
