FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in differential diagnostics of morpho-functional condition and integrity of kidneys' functional reserves at double-sided obstruction of ureters in children. There is performed ultrasonography of kidneys with determination of their volume (V kp). Taking into account the child's height and age, there is calculated the reference kidney volume (V kr).
