METHOD OF SUBCUTANEOUS TRANSVERSE TENOTOMY ACHILLES TENDON IN CHILDREN

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: subcutaneous Achilles tendon is dissected in crosswise direction at 1 cm above place of its attachment to heel bone. Method includes eliminating equinus installation of foot with faces of Achilles tendon in place of incomplete intersection with separation of its ends, with subsequent fixation of achieved correction with gypsum circular bandage. Pointed end of scalpel is placed in inner edge of Achilles tendon on a ventral surface. Method includes performing repeating movements of scalpel from inner edge to outer edge of tendon, gradually by transecting Achilles tendon in ventral-dorsal direction without damaging rear parts of tendon sheath and vessels mesentery Achilles tendon.;EFFECT: method enables to create optimum conditions for regeneration of crossed tendon, preventing damage to rear parts of tendon sheath and vessels mesentery Achilles tendon.;1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex
