For this purpose, radio beams directed to satellite-covered area are arranged uniformly around vertical axis of rotation of spacecraft, directed to earth's surface, and amount of involved beams is controlled inversely proportional to value of rotation speed of spacecraft. Number of involved beams is inversely proportional to value of rotation speed of spacecraft around vertical axis, wherein for rigid stabilisation of axis of rotation or minimum speed of rotation number of involved beams is maximum, with increase in speed of rotation of number of beams is reduced, and at maximum speed of rotation is minimum.;EFFECT: higher efficiency and reduced labour intensity of controlling satellite communication channels with change of rotational speed of spacecraft about vertical axis directed towards Earth.;1 cl, 2 dwg
