METHOD OF ANALYSING CHANGES IN CLIMATE OF EARTH AND SYSTEM THEREFOR

FIELD: data processing.;SUBSTANCE: method of analysing changes in the Earth climate consists in measuring system including two identical optical telescopes, located on visible side of the Moon. During movement of the Moon around the Earth optical telescopes successively measuring energies of reflected and scattered ground solar radiation in all directions and total power of own surface and the Earth's atmosphere heat emission. Then the Earth's Bond albedo, value of deviation of energy balance of equilibrium state are determined using known solar constant data. And based on derived data changing power state of the Earth and degree of transmission of atmosphere thermal radiation of the Earth's surface in outer space, as well as climate condition are assessed.;EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of analysis of climatic changes taking place on the Earth.;7 cl, 3 dwg
