FIELD: ceramic industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ceramic materials used as implants. Ceramic substrate comprising: composite ceramic material from zirconium oxide and aluminium oxide with hydroxyl groups on surface, contains as coatings sterile adhesion promoter, which is a silane, forming with hydroxyl groups on surface of substrate covalent bonds, and a polymer coating layer. Silane adhesion promoter contains reactive acrylate, respectively methacrylate groups, which can react with a monomeric component of bone cement. Coating layer is based on methyl methacrylate, polymethyl methacrylate, bisphenol A-glycidyldimethacrylate, triethyleneglycoldimethacrylate, phenolic resins and/or mixture of said components which, after complete polymerisation, performs function of protection of substrate surface.;EFFECT: technical result of invention is improvement of adhesion between material of ceramic substrate and bone cement.;1 cl
