FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to neurosurgery, orthopaedics and can be used for replacement of body defect L5 vertebra from a posterior surgical access after corporectomy. Rear access is performed at level of L4-S1 with installation of a transpedicular structure secured at first by one bar. Separating by distraction of adjacent vertebrae with formation of an interbody gap. L5 vertebral body is removed. In interbody gap between roots L5, S1, preliminarily with protected pallets, inputting proportional preset modelled mesh implants, filled with osteoplastic material. Implants wedged apart and turned between bodies of L4-S1 spinal anteriad from dural sac. Second bar is installed and compression is carried out on transpedicular structure, clamping implants between vertebral bodies. Finally both rods are fixed by screws.;EFFECT: method enables to perform front and rear spinal stabilisation, reducing injuries.;1 cl, 4 dwg
