FIELD: engines.;SUBSTANCE: method of removing heavy particles from air flow in an axial compressor stage and device for axial stage, removing heavy particles based on provision of main mass of heavy particles moving in air flow, pulse from rotating blades of impeller stages and their subsequent separation into area beyond radial size of straightening unit, that is distant from impeller at a certain distance.
