FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, experimental surgery. Simulated necrosis seromuscular layer of intestine wall of experimental animal. Ileum loop is brought through lower midline laparotomy. Then in seromuscular layer of ileum 70 % ethanol solution is introduced until blue-crimson section with diameter from 0.5 cm to 0.8 cm.;EFFECT: method enables to obtain stable results of obtained pathology at simplicity and availability of execution.;1 cl, 8 dwg
