FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be used for blocking osteosynthesis of proximal femoral fracture. Device for blocking osteosynthesis of proximal femoral fractures comprises a plate with cross bending throughout plate and longitudinal bending of upper part, repeats shape of greater trochanter and subtrochanteric fossa, with several threaded cylindrical holes; one-small, at top plate, second large hole, is located below, at an angle of 110 degrees, corresponds to protrusion of trochanteric tuberosity, two horizontal holes are cut at an angle 140 degrees at level of lower edge of plate bending and correspond to lower edge of subtrochanteric fossa, then, down at top of bend of plate there are openings with cylindrical thread cut perpendicularly, for fixing to diaphyseal part of thighs; for each of holes there are screws: to upper - small locking screw, to next - spongy screw with cylindrical screw thread on head, to paired holes - spongy screws with cylindrical thread on head and then cortical screws with helical thread on screw head, also between top larger and horizontal holes there is a hole for wire at an angle of 130 degrees, at level of a subtrochanteric fossa.;EFFECT: group of inventions provides reliable fixation, reduces a risk of disturbed repair process.;2 cl, 2 dwg
