METHOD FOR PRIMARY BRONCHUS STUMP PLEURIZATION IN PNEUMONECTOMY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method comprises performing lateral thoracotomy. Lung is separated from adhesions. Primary bronchus is pierced in distal portion. Divided in immediate vicinity of lung. Lung is removed. Separation of bronchial stump is performed to leave one cartilage semi-ring. That is followed by suturing. After dividing, bronchus is coagulated in its lumen in area of remaining cartilage semi-rings with laser 970 nm and power 5 W. Eliminating cavity in area of bronchial stump by dense anchoring of leaves of mediastinal pleura to bronchial seam.;EFFECT: method reduces a risk of primary bronchus stump and fistulas in removal of light by coagulation mucosa, sterile granulation repair suture line on side of mucosa and pleurization of primary bronchus stump.;1 cl, 3 dwg
