摘要

FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machining by cutting. Proposed method comprises clamping a part on coordinate table under the lens optical device treatment of material with grinding tool, designing of an enlarged image of cutting zone on the screen with drawing. Material is machined with stationary grinding head and longitudinal feed of the coordinate table by tool consisting of single grain in metal binder, arranged in holder-indenter fitted on cylindrical surface of special sphere. Microcutting is carried out in stroboscopic effect at mating of frequency characteristics of flares of the stroboscope and spindle. On the screen is projected a conical shape of the cutting part of grain and mate it with the imaged on the drawing outer contour of grain prior to contact with the part. At maximum time of the grains value of wear are selected parameters of grinding.;EFFECT: invention allows to expand technological capabilities of processing with fast selection of parameters of grinding.;1 cl, 1 dwg
