DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUE FOR EXTERNAL GENITAL ENDOMETRIOSIS IN PATIENTS SUFFERING STERILITY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a diagnostic technique for external genital endometriosis in patients suffering sterility. Method consists in measuring blood plasma concentration of coenzyme Q₁₀ and α-tocopherol. If the coenzyme Q₁₀ less 1.057 mcg/ml and α-tocopherol less 18.00 mcg/ml shows heavy or moderate form of external genital endometriosis; if Q₁₀ from 1.057 mcg/ml to 1.352 mcg/ml and α-tocopherol from 18.00 mcg/ml and to 21.03 mcg/ml shows a low shape of external genital endometriosis; if Q₁₀ more 1.352 mcg/ml and α-tocopherol more 21.03 mcg/ml-external genital endometriosis is excluded.;EFFECT: using the declared method enables more effective diagnosis of external genital endometriosis in patients suffering sterility.;1 cl, 3 ex, 2 dwg
