FIELD: measuring equipment.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for tightening threaded connections during assembly and operation of machines and equipment. Method of tightening threaded connections by the torque wrench with rate-of-turn sensor installed in the key body, consists in tightening the nut to achieve the specified value of torque, from which the turning angle counting begins, turn to the angle and an end of tightening after the achievement of set value by turning angle. At that, the nut turning angle is defined as Wt=Ws-c(T-Ts), where Wt - nut turning angle, Ws - angle measured by the rate-of-turn sensor, T - tightening torque, Ts - set torque, c - coefficient of structural elements angular elasticity of the key. For implementation of the method, a digital torque wrench is suggested, containing a torque sensor, analogue-to-digital converter, first memory register, display unit, angle sensor with digital output, trigger. To achieve the technical result the key is equipped with two subtraction devices, multiplication device, two digital comparators and three memory registers.;EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of controlling the nut turning angle at tightening threaded connection by taking into account errors from elastic deformation of the key structural elements.;2 cl, 1 dwg
