FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended to eliminate of bleeding from vessels edge glomerular network of keratoderma at dissection of corneal flap. Device contains a handle and working part bent at an angle to the handle, executed in the form of a concave sheet strip with bend radius, equal to average radius of the limb. Holding the device for the handle, the working part of the device is imposed in paralimbal way on intact corneal part beyond the boundary of corneal flap . Vessels of edge glomerular network of keratoderma is pressing and holding time for producing occlusion and bleeding control. For bleeding low degree of intensity of single pressing is enough, when traumatizing several vessels and bleeding of bigger intensity there is need holding of tool work part in pressing during the time, larger 5-10 seconds.;EFFECT: group of inventions allows reliable and atraumatic stop bleeding.;2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
