FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and concerns a method for prediction of effectiveness of prevention by albendazole of postoperative recurrent of cistic echinococcosis. Core of the method is that from lymphocytes of peripheral venous blood DNA is recovered, genotyping of polymorphism of *1F(163A/C) gene of cytochrome P450 CYP1A2 by analysis of polymorphism of lengths of restriction fragments of DNA synthesis polymerase chain reaction products is performed.
