TEST BENCH FOR ELECTROMECHANICAL DRIVES OF SYSTEMS FOR FLAPS' EXTENSION-RETRACTION

FIELD: aircraft engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing of aircraft units, in particular, to benches for testing electromechanical drives for flaps' extension-retraction system. Test bench comprises bearing frame, flap, electromechanical drives, sensors of motion and loads, hinge attachment units of electromechanical drives, device for creation of load by way of electrodynamometers, power supply and automatic control system. Test bench is equipped with device to create variable wind load on a flap in the form of elastic elements, simulating load on a flap during extension and retraction. Comparison unit compares the received signals from sensors of drives with given test program and, if necessary, motion of electromechanical drives are adjusted. Emergency protection sends emergency signals on motion and load from motion sensors and electrodynamometers, mounted on electromechanical drives, in automatic control system.;EFFECT: possibility to check functionality and efficiency of electromechanical drives of extension-retraction of flaps, synchronization of their operation is provided, as well as possibility to check drives' automatic control system.;1 cl, 2 dwg
